We provide a flexible and bespoke service tailored to the needs of our clients in a diverse range of public and private healthcare settings Nationwide. We supply both temporary and permanent staff. All our staff uphold the belief that all clients deserve the best possible standards of care.

Our vigorous recruitment process is designed to uphold our standards and meet our client’s expectations. Our policies and procedures have been developed to incorporate the guidelines laid down in the Care Standards Acts 2000 and Nursing Agency Standards
We aim to exceed our client’s needs and expectations by providing a 24/7 service
This means all our nurses have the following documents in their files which were (original documents only) checked, copied and verified:
- Qualifications; Diploma, Degree, NVQ etc.
- Professional Body verification; NMC checks regularly conducted and verified
- Enhanced DBS check: which includes the Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA). We require all our staff to register their DBS in order for us regularly check them for updates
- Fitness to Work Certificates: Cleared by our Occupational Health Department
- Right to work verified: Passport, proof of address and National Insurance (NI)
- Two References Obtained; from current and previous employer all in date order
- Face-to-face interview with a suitably trained person
- Current CSTF Mandatory training certificate; BLF, Fire & Safety, CPR, Lone Worker Policy, Manual Handling, Information Governance, the Prevention, Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA where applicable) and much more.
